Traditional Programs
Our traditional programs take place in the evening hours and are generally hosted by one of our partner organizations. Past programs have covered on a wide range of topics, including neuroscience and mediation, employment mediation, ethics, and restorative circles with youth.
TalkAbout series
ACR-Illinois also offers a TalkAbout series, which are programs that take place over the lunch hour. These programs are very informal — presenters approach the program as a conversation about a topic of interest to them and to the community.
The programs are a fantastic networking and learning opportunity.
Networking
ACR-Illinois holds a monthly online networking session on the first Friday of each month at noon. This is a chance to connect with fellow dispute resolution professionals to build relationships and share best practices. From time to time, these sessions may feature a speaker who will hold an interactive session on a particular topic.
